  I went through the drive thru and ordered a $5.00 Fill up Famous Bowl. You are supposed to receive a Mashed Potato Bowl, a drink and a cookie...I received the bowl but no cookie or drink...I can't believe that they are so busy at the end of the night that they can't get an order right..sloppy customer service...makes you not want to go there again.

  If I could give them '0' stars, I would! I went through the drive thru, there were only 2 customers inside, so it's not like they were busy, and there were no other cars in the drive thru....so they can't blame their errors on being busy. I ordered an 8 piece bucket meal and asked for it all to be extra crispy. I also ordered a 3 piece Nashville tenders meal. When I got home, the chicken in the bucket was all original, and there were no sides. The Nashville tenders was ordered as a meal with Cole slaw. We didn't receive the biscuit or the slaw. How can they screw up so bad when they were so NOT busy??? I called when I got home, and the manager stated she would send me coupons to replace everything. NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! This is THE WORST KFC I have ever been at, and I've been all over the country.
